I / we are aware that if I / we smoke in the bedroom & or balcony (including e-cigarettes) then we will have to pay a £200.00 cleaning charge on departure or after we have left the hotel. Either way I agree that our credit card to be charged accordingly. Any other damage will also be charged for.

I the undersigned authorise The Queens Hotel; to authorise and charge all purchases, including any delayed or amended charges made at the hotel, to my credit card provided. Due to strict licensing laws only guests booking in and staying in the hotel are permitted to be served in our bars after 11pm on any night. No admittance will be allowed to non-residents after 11pm.
