We really enjoyed hosting the Shaping Portsmouth Business Forum which attracted a strong business audience from the city.
It was an opportunity for CEO Dave Humphrys to update on recent activity by Shaping Portsmouth and welcome new patrons.
The main subjects under discussion were Devolution and the plans for local government reorganisation. Leader of Portsmouth City Council, Councillor Steve Pitt and Head of Economic Development & Skills, Jane Lamer, led the sessions.
General Manager, Paul Playford, said: “We really enjoy hosting the business community at the Queens.
“At the start of the year we were thrilled to help launch Portsmouth and South Coast Business Week and it was a delight to welcome Shaping Portsmouth back.”
