We will sort everything for you and make your day stress-free and elegant.

Bookings are available from 12:30 to 3:30 pm.

 

STARTERS

Smoked Salmon and Prawn Timbale flavoured with Sorrel served on Asparagus and Beetroot Dressing

Venison Pâté with Apple and Mango Relish

Spicy Sweet Potato and Parsnip Soup with Herb Croutons

MAINS

Traditional Roast Turkey with Pigs in Blankets, Cranberry Sauce, Sage and Onion Stuffing with Rich Gravy

Pan fried fillet of Beef with Herb and Mustard Crust served with a rich red Wine and Madeira Sauce

Grilled Red Snapper with Chorizo and Crushed New Potatoes on a bed of Roasted Garlic, Chickpeas and Spinach with Salsa Verde

Wild Mushroom, Goats Cheese and Sundried Tomato Tartlet with Saffron and Vegetable Tagine

All main courses are served with a selection of Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes

DESERTS

Old English Christmas Pudding served with Brandy Sauce

Queens Tipsy Trifle’ – Strawberry and Apricot Trifle flavoured with Sherry and Cointreau served with White Chocolate Shortbread

Dark and White Chocolate Parfait served with Toffee Sauce and Chocolate Shavings

A selection of British and Continental Cheeses served with Celery, Grapes and Assorted Biscuits

£20 deposit per person required on booking.
Final payment and menu choices are due by the 25th November 2019.
