Changes to our service

To our lovely and loyal customers..
Following recent government announcement, as of now, we will be making some small changes and introducing some new and exciting offers over the next couple of weeks!


As of 24th September:

  • All customers entering the restaurant and bar areas will be required to wear a mask, once sat at your table these can be removed and only required again when leaving your table for the toilet or when exiting the venue;
  • Track and trace is now mandatory for every person entering the venue;
  • Maximum groups of 6 and we kindly ask you remain seated at your allocated table throughout your booking;
  • Our evening service will now run 5.30pm – 8.30pm, last food orders are to be taken by 8.45pm and your bill will be given to you by 9.45pm as the restaurant will now be shutting at 10pm prompt;
  • Last drink orders will be taken at 9.30pm and our bar will also be shutting at 10pm;
  • For our in-house residents, room service will be available from 10pm and served to your room promptly – all beverages and food to be consumed in your room only.

COVID-19 Update

We are working on a plan to re-open The Queens Hotel by 17 May that ensures the safety of our staff and guests and we have completed a risk assessment in line with the latest advice.
